Welcome Energy

While our grass is getting greener, the trees weren’t budding as of the beginning of the week, and on my drive to work yesterday I didn’t see a lot of progress. Then, like magic, coming home last evening, I saw budding trees and trees with green on! In Duluth it seems like it happens “overnight”, or in a day. Green has finally arrived in Duluth! Long anticipated spring! Lawnmowers are being brought out of storage, getting the lawnmowers in to shape, and we will be mowing very soon. Our backyard, that had water standing, is now dried up. In Pennsylvania my brother told me at Easter that he had mowed several times already!

We had a “summertime” thunder shower last evening, it actually felt like a summer evening after that rain!

Happy spring, us Duluthians welcome the energy it brings with it. This morning the sun is shining brightly and it looks like a beautiful day!!! When I'm done blogging, I am going outside!
